1. Terms of Service (TOS):
o Service Description: We transform the photographs that the users send into some fantasy photographs and/or create video with photographs that the users send
o User Responsibilities: The users are responsible to provide original photographs and ensure that they have the rights to use them
o Prohibited Uses: The users cannot use our service for illegal activities or to infringe any third party rights
2. Copyright and Intellectual Property:
o Ownership Users retain ownership of their original photos, but we retain ownership of the fantasy photos we create.
3. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability:
o Accuracy: The fantasy photos provided by our service are created for entertainment purposes only while we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the images, we make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the photos. The images are generated based on the user inputs and may not reflect real life scenarios or individuals.
By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that any reliance on the photos is at your own risk. We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the fantasy photos.
o Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect incidental, special, consequential damages or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good will or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) the use of our fantasy photo service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of our transmission to and from our service; (iv) for any bugs, viruses, trojan horses or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss of damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available through the services and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party. In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service exceed the amount paid by you to us for the service in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.
4. Refund Policy:
o Conditions: Once the fantasy photos are created, they can be emailed or sent via WhatsApp to the user. If the user is not satisfied with the photos, we will redo them one more time. If the user is still not satisfied, we will provide a prorated refund based on the number of unsatisfactory pictures. In no event shall the refund exceed the amount paid for this particular order.
o Process: We will process refunds through Faster Payment System (FPS). Please provide your FPS ID, such as your telephone number, email address, or bank account number, when you place your order.
5. Governing Law:
o Jurisdiction: Disputes are governed by the laws of Hong Kong

o 責任： 在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對任何間接附帶、特殊、後果性損害或任何利潤或收入損失（無論是直接或間接發生）或任何資料、使用、商譽或損失承擔責任。 (i) 使用我們的夢幻照片服務而造成的其他無形損失； (ii) 任何未經授權存取或使用我們的伺服器和/或其中儲存的任何個人資訊； (iii) 我們的服務傳輸的任何中斷或停止； (iv) 任何第三方可能傳輸到我們的服務或透過我們的服務傳輸的任何錯誤、病毒、木馬等； (v) 任何內容中的任何錯誤或遺漏，或因使用透過本服務發布、透過電子郵件發送、傳輸或以其他方式提供的任何內容而造成的任何損失和損害，和/或(vi) 誹謗性、攻擊性或任何第三方的非法行為。 在任何情況下，我們對與服務相關的所有索賠的責任總額不得超過您在引起此類索賠的事件發生前 12 個月內為服務向我們支付的金額。
4. 退款政策：
o 條件：幻想照片創建後，可以透過電子郵件或 WhatsApp 發送給用戶。如果用戶對照片不滿意，我們會重做一次。如果用戶仍不滿意，我們將根據不滿意的圖片數量按比例退款。在任何情況下，退款不得超過該特定訂單支付的金額。
o 流程：我們將透過轉數快支付系統 (FPS) 處理退款。當您下訂單時，請提供您的FPS ID，例如您的電話號碼、電子郵件地址或銀行帳號。
5. 適用法律：
o 司法管轄區：爭議受香港法律管轄
